Every detail is yours. Panel count, crown height, fabric, brim shape, eyelets, closure, stitching, tags, logo placement, specified and built from the ground up on our house styles.
Your logo on a name-brand blank. Pick the model, pick the color, pick how it's decorated. Faster and simpler than fully custom, with a lower minimum.
Reselling? The wholesale line is priced for buyers who resell, with an option for no G West branding on the side panel or inner tape. That space is yours.

DAY 1We take your ideas, logos, and preferences to turn them into realistic mock ups for your approval.
DAY 2-4Every detail gets written down on the same spec sheet we send dealers. You approve it before anything moves.
DAY 4-7Your run goes into production against the approved sheet. No substitutions without a call, text, or email.

Most shops take your logo and a size and hope for the best. Every G West custom build, whether it is fifty hats or two hundred, runs through the same dealer-grade spec sheet. Twenty fields, all approved by you before production starts. That's what "no surprises" actually means.

Stock builds start at 12 hats. Fully custom builds start at 50. Wholesale runs at 50 per logo, per color.
Stock builds run 2-6 weeks. Fully custom runs 45-60 days from approved spec. Rush is available on stock builds when the schedule allows.
Your logo or artwork, a quantity, and a deadline. We'll handle the rest on the spec call.
Vector is best (.ai, .eps, .svg). We can work from a high-resolution PNG. Every new logo requires a digitizing fee; the fee is waived on reorders using the same approved file.
Yes. Reorders run off your approved spec sheet with no digitizing fee, as long as the artwork hasn't changed.
