Three builds, start to finish.

150 waterproof caps for a fundraiser golf tournament.

The event date was fixed months out and the hats had to hold up outdoors in a hot Houston fall. We built from scratch on a waterproof material, proofed the patch early, and locked the production slot so the run landed ahead of the date.

A bottlenecked design made real.

JHS out of Katy came to me with one bottleneck, their logo. They could not find a place that could place their shield logo on a hat via rubber patch. Heat press was the solution and the quality did not let them down. Samples came back stellar and we proceeded!

The wedding date could not move, and the look they wanted was not available on any blank. We took the fully custom path on The Classic, built the schedule backward from the date, and delivered with room to spare.
