Trusted by some of the biggest brands you already know, let's get started.
WHOLESALE CUSTOM BUILDS
Same build, same spec sheet as retail, priced for resale. Optional white-label add-ons, for a fee, make the hat fully yours.
Two ways to start
Either way, your order runs on the same 20-field build sheet. Come in with a blank canvas or a photo of a hat you've seen. We'll lock every detail down before production.
Blank canvas
Start with no preset. You choose form, fabric, brim, closure, panels, stitching, eyelets, rope, tags, logo placement, and quantity.
Reference style
Point to a style you've seen, send a photo, or pick one of the house models below and tell us what to change.
Foam trucker, mid profile, mesh back, snap closure.
100% cotton trucker, structured, snap closure.
Athletic material, performance fit, snap closure.
5-panel structured waterproof cap with laser-cut vent holes and a rope. Front and side logo included.
5-panel structured waterproof cap with laser-cut vent holes, no rope. Front and side logo included.
6-panel structured waterproof cap with laser-cut vent holes, no rope. Front and side logo included.
6-panel unstructured waterproof cap with laser-cut vent holes, no rope. Front and side logo included.
Structured waterproof visor. Front and side logo included.
Every model in the house library can be built retail or wholesale. Run it identical, or change color, fabric, closure, and decoration. Every GW model comes with a front and side logo. Reference the model name when you order. More models get added as they're built.
White-labeling is an optional add-on for a fee: inner tape, inner tag, and closure tag can carry your branding instead of ours.
The build sheet
Wholesale runs use the same sheet. Every field gets written down and approved by you before anything goes into production.
Every new logo requires a digitizing fee. The fee is waived on reorders using the same approved file. Base hat price is quoted per order.

DAY 45-60
Wholesale vs. retail
Wholesale is for buyers who resell, including boutiques, pro shops, and apparel brands. Retail is for hats your company, event, or team uses directly.
Base price is quoted per order at wholesale rates. We'll go over it when we talk through your build.
Same 50 hat minimum, same 45-60 day turnaround, same 20-field spec sheet. White-label add-ons are optional on both, for a fee.
Buying for your own company, event, or team? That's a retail custom build.
Send us the model, the colorways, and the quantities and we'll come back with a spec sheet and wholesale pricing.
