Two ways to start
Either way, your order runs on the same 20-field build sheet. Come in with a blank canvas or a photo of a hat you've seen. We'll lock every detail down before production.
Blank canvas
Start with no preset. You choose form, fabric, brim, closure, panels, stitching, eyelets, rope, tags, logo placement, and quantity.
Reference style
Point to a style you've seen, send a photo, or pick one of the house models below and tell us what to change.

Every model in the house library can be built retail or wholesale. Run it identical, or change color, fabric, closure, and decoration. Every GW model comes with a front and side logo. Reference the model name when you order. More models get added as they're built.
White-labeling is an optional add-on for a fee: inner tape, inner tag, and closure tag can carry your branding instead of ours.
The build sheet
Every one of these gets written down and approved by you before anything goes into production.
Every new logo requires a digitizing fee. The fee is waived on reorders using the same approved file. Base hat price is quoted per order.
